2. How to Submit a DMCA Notice

3. Counter-Notification
If you believe that the material removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification containing the following:
- Your physical or electronic signature
- Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled, and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed or disabled
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification
- Your name, address, telephone number, and email address
- A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court in your area, or if outside the US, that you consent to jurisdiction in any judicial district where the website may be found
4. Repeat Infringer Policy
We reserve the right to terminate user accounts or access for repeat infringers, or for anyone we believe is infringing copyright or violating DMCA provisions repeatedly.
